Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 13, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Devsoft Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Onplana website (onplana.com) and the Onplana application (app.onplana.com).
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and improve your experience. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. Cookies We Use

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the marketing website so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes unique visitors, tracks page views and events | 2 years |
Analytics cookies are only used on the marketing website (onplana.com). The application (app.onplana.com) does not use analytics cookies.
2.4 Marketing Cookies
We currently do not use third-party marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls.
3. How to Manage Cookies
3.1 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block all cookies or third-party cookies
- Set preferences for specific websites
- Configure the browser to notify you when a cookie is set
Note: Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the application from functioning properly.
3.2 Google Analytics Opt-Out
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using browser extensions that block tracking scripts.
4. Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to cookies, the Onplana application uses browser local storage and session storage for functional purposes:
- Authentication tokens: JWT tokens stored in localStorage for session persistence
- UI state: Sidebar collapse state, selected views, group-by preferences, and filter settings
- Cache: Temporary caching of API responses for performance (React Query)
These are cleared when you log out or clear your browser data.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Currently, we do not alter our data collection practices based on DNT signals. If a standard is established, we will update our practices accordingly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
