Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, To Do
and your agent, on one plan.
People keep working where they already are, and every update lands on the same project. Nothing is copied into a second list that drifts.
What connects
Microsoft 365 first, then the rest of your tools
Each card says which plan it is on, read from the same table as the pricing page.
Onplana inside Microsoft Teams
Your dashboard and projects as personal tabs, a project pinned to a channel or group chat, and sign-in with the Microsoft account you are already using.
Ask Microsoft 365 Copilot
The same app adds an Onplana agent to Copilot. Ask what is assigned to you, what is overdue, or for a project summary, answered from your live projects.
Outlook, mail and calendar
The Onplana tabs open in Outlook, assigned tasks with a due date appear on your Outlook calendar, an unread email becomes a task, and the assistant saves the emails it writes as drafts for you to review.
SharePoint and OneDrive files
Attach a SharePoint or OneDrive file to a task or a folder as a link. The file stays in Microsoft 365, and OneDrive files preview in place.
Microsoft To Do, both ways
Each person can sync the tasks assigned to them with Microsoft To Do, so a task ticked off on a phone is done in the plan too.
Power BI and Excel
A read-only OData feed of projects, tasks, assignments, resources, timesheet lines and baselines. Power BI or Excel signs in with a reporting token and reads the live plan on each refresh.
Your AI agent, over MCP
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client to read and update your projects. The number of agents connected at once grows with the plan.
Slack, Jira, GitHub and cloud drives
Post project events to a Slack or Teams channel, open a Jira or GitHub issue from a task, and attach files from Google Drive, Box or Dropbox.
Signed webhooks
Send project and task events to your own systems, each request signed with HMAC-SHA256, with the delivery history kept for every attempt.
Copilot and your own agent
Ask about the plan from wherever you are
The answer comes from the live project, not from a copy someone exported last week.
In Microsoft 365 Copilot, ask what is assigned to you, what is overdue, or for a summary of a project.
In Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, connect Onplana over MCP and the agent can read and update the projects you can.
In Onplana itself, the assistant drafts the email, and you send it from Outlook when it reads right.
Questions about integrations
Which plan do I need?
The Teams app is on every plan, including Free, and the Copilot agent on every plan, including Free. Outlook calendar push, Email-to-Task and Outlook drafts work on every plan. SharePoint and OneDrive file links and the To Do sync are on the Professional plan and up. The OData feed for Power BI is on every plan, including Free, and MCP agent connections on every plan, including Free. Slack, Jira, GitHub and the cloud drives are on the Business plan and up, and webhooks on the Business plan and up.
Will Onplana email anyone from my Outlook?
No. When you ask the assistant for an email, it saves a draft in your Outlook mailbox and stops there. You read the draft and decide whether it goes.
Do I install anything for Teams and Copilot?
Add Onplana from the Apps store in Teams and it signs you in with your Microsoft account. The same package adds the Copilot agent, and the personal tabs also open in Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app. An admin can also deploy it for the whole organization.
How does Power BI connect?
Power BI reads Onplana as an OData feed. You create a personal access token with the reporting scope and use it as the password, and the feed returns the projects, tasks and time you can already see in Onplana, nothing more.
Which AI agents can connect?
Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. The agent works with your permissions, so it reads and changes only what you could, and the number of agents connected at once grows with the plan.
